What To Expect
I come to you at your home: This is where nearly all my behavioural and training consultations are started, irrespective of the problem. Then we move to the area when the behaviour happens the most.
I work with both the dog and the owner, so there is no confusion about what is required. At the end of our session, you will understand exactly what you need to do to affect major changes after I have left on the day.
The reason for starting at your home is your relationship and the mutual respect with your dog is created there.
To change any behavioural or training problems, we need to start initially where the dog lives. Then move to the places where the problems normally occur. -
Life Time Access
All clients have access to me either by phone or email for the rest of the dog's life. That includes any problems that may arise later in life which were in the remit of the original support.
-
Video Calls
Calls can be arraigned using facetime, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp. Following on from the call, if necessary a practical visit can be arranged at a later date. The fee for that visit will be reduced accordingly if a video conference has taken place.
-
Training Duration
I am with you on average 3.5 hours depending on the owner and the dog, but this can work longer with the dog if necessary. It is vital to understand that I work not just with the dog but with the owner as well. I never want to rush a visit and I work with only one customer a day.
You will normally only need to see me once or twice. This is because of my techniques many years of experience working with 1115 dogs and innovative methods.
-
Payment
For customer connivence we are now taking credit card payments. You can pay over the phone or ask for our BAC’s details during our initial call.
All fees must be paid within 5 days from invoice issue date.
If costs are covered by Insurance this extends to 14 days from invoice issue date.
-
Behaviour Reports
If you require a Behaviour report there is an minimum admin fee of £50 (excluding service and travel charges)
This includes 1 set of adjustments as required.
